Honestly, we were nervous about making all the decisions for our new place. But working with Winder Flooring in Lubbock was such a great experience! From the start, Audra was super friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything and answer all our questions without making us feel rushed.

Jeremy and Audra Winder, along with their crew did a great job on our floor. Our entire (approx. 1,400 sq. ft.) luxury vinyl plank floor was a total failure because of ineffective glue and installation. Life got very real when we first heard this news. But Audra explained it to us in a firm reassuring manner. We were guided in selecting all aspects of a new floor-we chose tile. Next we moved into a rented home for 2 weeks. The Winders did a super efficient job of demolition and installation, including providing the plumber who removed/replaced the toilets and a sink. They also referred us to a cleaning service who did a post-construction detailed cleaning of our house and recommended that we change our HVAC filters often for a while. We were very impressed with the Winders' whole approach to the job. It was as honest, professional and comprehensive as you will ever find anywhere for any kind of work. The price was also very reasonable. The work is guaranteed for one year. We love our new floor. The quality and craftsmanship are very obvious. This is a sincere review and we highly recommend Winder Flooring!

I can't say enough about how great this job was taken care of. I needed a floor for my bedroom. The guys were in and out in 2.5 hours! It's beautiful! Audra was amazing to work with, and paid so much attention to detail. I will definitely be calling again should I need help with flooring! Thank you!

A friend of mine had used Winder Flooring, so I thought I would talk with Audra Winder about installing vinyl plank flooring in my home. She was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they could remove my existing ceramic tile and carpet and install the vinyl planks very easily.  Audra guided me through the process of picking out the flooring, meeting me at a flooring store twice to help me with my decision. She told me they would start on Monday, September 11, at 8 AM, and she and her crew arrived promptly at 8! Audra told me it would take 2 1/2 days to remove the old ceramic tile and carpet and install the new flooring. She was right! Her crew was finished by noon that Wednesday! Her crew was amazing. They quickly removed the old flooring (cleaning up the mess) and started installing the vinyl planks. They were very polite and kept me informed as to what they were doing.  This included trimming the doors, moving the heavy furniture, and installing new baseboards that matched the existing paneling and kitchen cabinets.  Every aspect of my flooring installation was done perfectly, with Audra dropping in several times a day to supervise the installation.  I whole-heartedly recommend Winder Flooring for all of your flooring needs!
